FTC Robotics Team 5773

Mission

Our mission is to spread STEM and FIRST values to as students, communities, and people as possible through participation in the FIRST Tech Challenge. Members of our team develop their mechanical, engineering, programming, documenting, outreach, and leadership skills.

Impacts and Awards

• Qualified for and participated in the FIRST Worlds Championship
• Ranked 3rd place at the NorCal Championship
• Hosted conference to raise awareness for environmental issues with 261 attendees
• Ran a 16 week Engineering and Coding camp
• Hosted workshops with Stanford’s SLAC
• Published a documentary with FIRST teams from 73 countries
• Open-sourced our robotics curriculum
• Hosted a conference with 186 other FIRST teams to raise awareness for inclusivity in the FIRST program
